Subscriptions
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. Silex never sees your payment details.

Prices in other countries follow Apple's regional pricing; the paywall always shows your local price and the exact trial length before you confirm. If you close the annual payment sheet, Silex may offer the annual plan at a discount. If you bought the earlier lifetime plan, it keeps working.
The free trial
- Nothing is charged when the trial starts.
- Silex sends a notification the day before it ends (you allow notifications just before the paywall).
- Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing.
Cancelling
On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Silex › Cancel Subscription. Silex's own Settings has a Manage subscription shortcut to the same place. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restoring a purchase
New phone, or the paywall is showing even though you paid? Tap Restore on the paywall or Restore purchases in Settings, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds, not us: reportaproblem.apple.com.
If your subscription ends
You need a subscription to start Silex. If it later ends, these keep working, free:
- The SOS urge flow and the crisis lines.
- The lapse flow (I gambled — reset with me).
- The Today and Progress tabs, and Settings.
- Blocking you've already switched on. The DNS shield and Safari blocker stay on until you turn them off in iOS Settings.
The Program and Protect tabs need an active subscription.
